The most highly coveted of ornamental plants the delicate, exotic and graceful orchids represent love, luxury, beauty and strength. The flower is symbolic of with love, beauty, refinement, many children, thoughtfulness and mature charm. Ferns symbolize sincerity towards others, magic, fascination, confidence, shelter, discretion, and a secret bond of love.  Photographs of Orchids and Ferns were taken at the New York Botanical Orchid Show 2020.  Inspired by the colors, shapes, textures seen among the orchids and ferns. These explorations in color, blending of photographic layers, and hand-painting, create visual images of curiosity and concentration.
